After their mutual breakup just five weeks before their wedding, the Dallas Cowboys’ star ex-fiancée is focusing on her family.
Sarah Jane Ramos, the former partner of quarterback Dak Prescott, shared a personal update in her Instagram story on Friday. She posted two pictures of their eldest daughter, Margaret Jane Rose Prescott, playing with toys.
Since the breakup, Ramos has continued updating her social media with moments from her personal life and time with her children, signaling her focus on family.

The mom of two had also previously shared a gym selfie with a friend on March 24, weeks after her split from Dak Prescott, captioning it, “Growth in all forms,” alongside emojis of a flexed arm and praying hands.
Prescott was set to marry his longtime girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos, in Lake Como on April 10. But their relationship ended during their joint bachelor-bachelorette party.
Reports suggest the split came amid allegations of Prescott’s other affairs. While other reports pointed to their rocky relationship prior to the split
As such, the former couple, who share two daughters - Margaret and Aurora, are already looking ahead at their co-parenting journey.
"They love their girls, and they’re committed to raising their children together in the most loving and positive way," said Ramos' rep.
While Ramos appears to be moving forward by focusing on her family and personal growth, Dak Prescott is turning his attention back to football as the offseason progresses.
Dak Prescott Update After His Breakup
Dak Prescott was seen recently practicing with his fellow teammate Jake Ferguson on the field, starting to pay more focus on training and brining back his old form to the field ahead of the 2026 season.

When questioned about Prescott's condition post-breakup, wondering if it may affect his on-field performance, Brian Schottenheimer, head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, revealed that he has stayed in regular contact with Prescott.
“Dak and I have had a ton of conversations," he said at the NFL Annual Meeting. “He's in a really good spot, obviously with what he's dealing with is incredibly tough. But if anyone can handle it, he can."
As the spotlight continues to follow both his personal life and professional preparation, Dak Prescott appears determined to keep his focus on football.
