The Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Dak Prescott, was recently spotted with a bridesmaid of his ex-fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos. Days later, she broke her silence, claiming she is "single."
According to TMZ Sports' report on May 16, Caitlin Rance was spotted with Prescott during the Pro Bull Riders (PBR) World Finals in Fort Worth, Texas. As speculations kept growing,The Ball Out media posted a video of Rance's take on the situation.
"I think that this is the opportunity to make sure that everyone knows that I am single," Rance said in the video she posted on her Instagram story, tagging TMZ.
Rance attended the ex-couple’s joint bachelorette parties in the Bahamas, where Prescott and Ramos decided to call it quits, according to Anna Lazarus Caplan of People.
She posted a video on her Instagram story on May 16 to personally address the rumours involving the 4x Pro Bowler. Post the event, both of them were spotted having dinner along with another companion.
When TMZ reached out, Rance apparently passed the phone to Prescott, letting him handle the speculation. Prescott also denied the dating rumors, explaining that he was just friends with Rance.
The Cowboys quarterback went to Mississippi State, where Rance was part of the Mississippi State volleyball team and had been close since then.
With no response from Ramos, attention has now shifted back to Prescott’s upcoming 2026 season, especially after the release of the Cowboys’ demanding schedule.
Dak Prescott Stays Confident Despite Cowboys’ Brutal Start
Prescott shared his thoughts on facing a tough three-game gauntlet in 11 days, that invloves travelling, less training time, and facing tough opponents.
The Dallas Cowboys are set for a demanding stretch that begins with a Week 3 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens in Brazil, requiring nearly 10 hours of travel each way.
Dallas will then face the Houston Texans before quickly turning around to host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a prime-time showdown four days later.
“The travel will be tough, but it’s part of growing this game,” Prescott said. "Something that we’ll manage. We’ll figure out the best way to take care of our bodies. We’ve been a part of three games in 11 days every year, pretty much with our Thanksgiving Day game, so it’s nothing new. We just have to do it earlier."
The Cowboys have been playing prime-time games most of the years, along with their traditional Thanksgiving game every year. And, Prescott seems unfazed by the demanding schedule, despite the lack of downtime between two games in the early weeks.
Ignoring the outside noise, Dak Prescott has remained fully focused.
