The Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has been in the news recently with topics not related to the game of football. Him and his partner, Sarah Ramos have broken up after two and a half years.
Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson, veteran sportscasters of the National Football League, show their love and support for the star quarterback.
While discussing the whole situation on their podcast Calm Down with Eric and Charissa, the latter said, “He’s (Dak Prescott) been there (Dallas Cowboys) over a decade. And he is a fantastic person on and off the field. He is a class act. He had been through hell and back in his personal life.”

While there is no confirmation on why the wedding was called off, Thompson shared how much hardships Prescott had gone through.
“He’s (Dak Prescott) lost his brother. He’s lost his mom. He is a constant champion of the people in the mental health space in everything."
Erin Andrews chimed in on the show and answered Charissa Thompson's question about why Dak Prescott receives so much hate, stating, "He plays for the Cowboys."
The Cowboys have not seen the Lombardi trophy in 30 years, let alone a Super Bowl; they have not even won an NFC Championship game for three decades. The Cowboys are not the brute force they once were.
Last season, the Cowboys experienced one of their worst seasons. While offense did well thanks to Prescott and receivers CeeDee Lamb, and George Pickens, defense struggled a lot. They conceded most touchdowns (60), were almost finished at bottom in every defensive metric.
How did the former star wide receiver support Dak in these difficult times?
Michael Irvin, the former star wide receiver, made a post on X showing his love and support during this nightmare of a time for the quarterback.
The post read, “Praying for my guy @Dak and his beautiful family.” Along with a picture of him, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Prescott together.
Dak Prescott was supposed to get married next month on April 10 in Lake Como, Italy. Unfortunately, the wedding has now been called off.
The former couple will now work together and focus on co-parenting their two young daughters. What do you think about the whole situation? Let us know in the comments!
