Dallas Cowboys' quarterback Dak Prescott is once again making headlines off the field. Prescott was spotted with his former fiancée's closest friends.
Their sighting started serious conversations, especially with the timing of their wedding fallout and custody settlement of their daughters.
On Friday night, Prescott was spotted alongside Caitlin Rance at the Pro Bull Riders event in Fort Worth, Texas. Rance was expected to be one of Sarah Ramos' bridesmaids before the wedding was called off in March 2026.
According to a report from New York Post, eyewitnesses claimed the pair appeared to be "more than friends," leading to the widespread social media reactions and attention on Prescott's personal life.
TMZ quoted Prescott denying the rumors suggesting they're not dating, as the two have been friends for years. They also stated there's nothing going on between them "end of story."
The statement came after photos and videos from the PRB World Finals began spreading online.
Prescott and Rance have known each other since their days at Mississippi State University. Despite the rumours, neither Prescott nor Rance publicly confirmed any romantic relationship.
Prescott and Ramos called off their wedding which was already been scheduled for April 10, 2026 in Italy. Since then both have been focused on co-parenting their two daughters, Margaret Jane and Aurora Rayne.
Accoridng to Page Six, the couple reached a temporary custody agreement outside court proceedings in April.
As Prescott is preparing for his 11th NFL season with the Dallas Cowboys, the quarterback's off-field life has remained a constant talking point throughout the season.
Prescott Breaks Silence on Cowboys' 2026 Schedule After NFL Decision
With a terrible stretch of games early in their season, the Cowboys have fourth toughest schedule of the year. It is determined by an automatic process, but the league has no control over the games' schedules.
Dak Prescott addressed the NFL's latest scheduling with a firm and calm response at Home Run Derby. The starting quarterback reacted to discussions by stating there was "nothing new" about the challenges ahead, as per The Athletic.
"The travel will be tough but it's part of growing this game, We'll manage, we'll figure out the best way to take care of our bodies," Prescott said. "We've been a part of three games in 11 days every year pretty much with our Thanksgiving Day games. Nothing new, just having to do it earlier (in the season)."
The Cowboys' schedule includes a three-game run during a 12-day period between Weeks 3 and 5. It includes a trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil taking 24 hrs to get there and come back. Later on, they will go Houston for play against the Texans at noon of the same day.
Things couldn't get worse, as the Cowboys will play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers the next week. However, Prescott isn't worried about the schedule and hopes to make the playoffs this season.
