It's been two months since the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Dak Prescott, and his ex-fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, called off their wedding. Since then, Ramos has shifted her focus toward personal growth and self-acceptance. Recently, she shared an empowering update about body positivity and embracing motherhood. 

On May 28, Ramos shared swimsuit photos in an Instagram post, reflecting on her postpartum journey and expressing appreciation for women who have gone through similar experiences.

“When I look at these photos, I remind myself how grateful I am for this body of mine that has spent years growing life, recovering through the postpartum months, and doing it all over again,” Ramos' Instagram post caption read.

The ex-couple shares two kids together, Margaret Jane Ramos (MJ), 2 years old, and Aurora Rayne, 1 year old. Ramos is now managing time for herself and hits the gym.

Back in April, she posted a gym selfie in an all-red outfit in a pilates studio. In the caption, Ramos wrote that she is proud of herself and how her consistency is helping her to regain her confidence.

“I’m proud of the work I’ve put in & admire all the women that work hard for themselves and their babies,” Ramos’ caption of the May 28 post further read. “Above all, I am especially proud to be a strong mama for my girls & wouldn’t trade these years for anything. This is my favorite version of me yet. “

Ramos' fans on Instagram connected with her through the post as it got more than 16k likes over a span of nine hours.

After their split, both Ramos and Prescott agreed to move toward a cooperative co-parenting arrangement focused on stability for their daughters.

They finalized the agreement on April 15, a day before their initially scheduled appearance in Collin County, Texas, according to Page Six. 

Meanwhile, the former couple recently reunited for their daughter's birthday celebration.

Prescott, Ramos Reunite for Daughter’s First Birthday 

Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos recently celebrated their daughter, Aurora Rayne’s first birthday together, marking the occasion with a family celebration.

Ramos shared the pictures of the birthday celebration on her Instagram story. Prescott, along with their kids, Margaret and Aurora, posed for a family picture together with a cake. 

“My A-Rawr-A! A little smile that can light up a whole city,” Ramos wrote in the caption of the Instagram post. “Happy 1st Birthday, Rora girl. You changed my life forever.”

She also shared a picture of herself and Prescott from the hospital after Aurora’s birth, along with a series of photos documenting her journey since then. 

“A year ago today, we were battling to get you Earthside,” the caption read. “My little fighter.”

Post-split, Ramos has turned her attention to fitness and overall wellness, while ensuring her two daughters remain at the heart of everything she does.
