Deion Sanders Eyes New Home with Model GF Karrueche

Coach Prime Deion Sanders is making headlines for his moves away from football and coaching.

In a video posted by his son, Deion Sanders Jr., the Colorado Buffaloes head coach was seen touring a picturesque property in St.Croix with his girlfriend, model Karrueche Tran.

Sanders asked Tran in the video, “Y’all think we should get this?” which caught the attention of fans on social media.

The Sanders family was attending a charity golf event in the U.S.  Virgin Islands, where Deion said that they were looking for a family home on the island.

“We’re in St. Croix… and then we’re going looking for me. Yeah, we’re looking for a family crib on the island,” Sanders said about his plans. Sanders has also commented on how he plans to slow things down and plan for their future.

With his family life on one side, Coach Prime is also set to lead the Buffaloes in his fourth season with them.

In the 2023 season, the Buffaloes started well with a 3-0 record but then succumbed to a 4-8 finish. In 2024, they won nine games and missed the Big 12 Championship Game after a tiebreaker. 2025 was a difficult year, with the Buffaloes winning just 3 games, which was a step back from the previous year.

Deion Sanders has been one of the most prominent coaches in college football in recent years. This vlog of his house tour showed a different side of the NFL legend as fans gained a glimpse into his personal life.

Sanders gets honest about his relationship with Tran

Sanders’ relationship with Tran first gained the spotlight when Tran stood by his side when the NFL legend battled bladder cancer.

Tran had said about that period, “It was hard… but we made it work.”

In a separate vlog filmed during the St.Croix trip, Sanders was candid about his relationship with the model. “You make certain I’m straight. You make sure I got what I need,” he said.

Tran too, had appreciation for Sanders calling him down to earth, saying “You don’t value materialistic things,” referring to his liking being near the water.

Sanders thinking about his new home in St.Croix is a small peek into what his life could look like in the future. With the 2026 season right around the corner, Sanders will be looking to balance family life with his coaching duties.
