Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders has already got his plans ready for his new $5.95 million estate, which includes creating a training space for his son, the Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders.

During an episode of Deion Sanders Jr's Well Off Media, the Hall of Famer outlined several plans for improving the space behind the estate that is adjacent to the beach, while also measuring the area for Shedeur's training space.

“I know when you buy property, it's always going to be something extended,” Sanders said during an episode of Well Off Media on July 24. “Oh, I want to turf this area as well. I got to figure out how I'm going to level this so B [Shedeur] can get some work to be his field.”

Sanders walked through the property, explaining how he wanted to change the surface to turf and build a closed workout room for Shedeur and a resting area nearby.

“It's a turf field; I got to level it so he could get his work in when he comes,” Sanders said during an episode of Well Off Media on July 24. “And I'll be able to come out here and do my workout too. I'm going to put a little covered workout area with weights and all that. I want to put a little seating area over here, want to put one of them cabanas over here as well. I wish I could see the ocean from over there though.”

The property spans around 10,500 total square feet and has a market value of $5.95 million, situated at 9 Shoys in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

His sons, Deion Sanders Jr, Shilo Sanders, and Shedeur, had previously helped Sanders secure a mansion in Boulder, Colorado for $7.2million, with multiple reports stating that the sons bought the property for Sanders in January 2024.

Coach Prime visualises the place as a personal training space for Shedeur away from the spotlight, giving him enough time and a comfortable environment to improve his game as he heads into his second season with the Browns.

Shedeur Sanders credits personal discipline for his NFL development

Shedeur Sanders believes off-field discipline influences on-field production, explaining that improving his daily habits helped elevate his performance during an episode of the Nadeska Alexis podcast on Apple Music.

“I can’t be consistent on the field and not have consistency in my personal life,” Sanders said during an episode of the Nadeska Alexis podcast on Apple Music on July 21. “Whatever you do in your personal life is going to bleed into how you feel, so if you’re disciplined, you’re gonna make the right reads.”

The Browns QB finished his rookie campaign with a 3-4 record as a starter, completing 56.6% for 1,400 yards and seven touchdowns in eight games, as he struggled to make a consistent impact.

Sanders believes that by blocking out criticism and focusing on consistency and discipline, he can continue developing as a starter quarterback and as a person.
