One of, if not the, greatest NFL stars of all time, Tom Brady, was a threat to anybody who went up against him. The Dallas Cowboys were one of his favorite teams to go up against when it came to the regular season. Brady was also not very fond of the Cowboys.
Seven-time Super Bowl champion played in the NFL for 23 years. During this span, he faced the Cowboys eight times and went 7-1, including the regular season and playoffs.
Five-time Super Bowl MVP first faced the Cowboys for the first time, on November 16, 2003. Brady recorded 15 passes out of 34 attempts for 264 yards with a QB rating of 64.8. The New England Patriots won the game 12-0.

He then played them in 2007, with the Patriots winning 48-27, according to the Dallas Cowboys. Brady completed 31 of 46 passes for 388 yards and five touchdowns, with a QB rating of 129.7.
He also played the Cowboys in 2011, with a 20-16 win, recording 27 of 41 passes for 289 yards. He also had two touchdowns and two interceptions with a QB rating of 82.3.
The 2015 game was a walk in the park for the Patriots, as they won 30-6, with Brady completing 20 of 27 passes for 275 yards, two touchdowns, and a 130.9 QB rating.
He played against the Cowboys in 2019 for the last time in a Patriots jersey, winning 13-9, completing 17 of 37 passes for 190 yards and a touchdown, with a QB rating of 70.8.
He then signed for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. So how was he there against the Cowboys?
Brady's Buccaneers era: two more wins, one playoff loss
The fifteen-time Pro Bowl went on to win two more games against the Cowboys, this time for the Buccaneers, in 2021 and 2022, winning 31-29 and 19-3, respectively.
In both the 2021 and 2022 games, Brady completed 32 and 18 passes for 379 and 212 yards, with a QB rating of 97 and 87.3, respectively. But the only playoff game he played against the Cowboys turned out against him.
The Patriots were defeated by the Cowboys 31-14 in the NFC Wild Card game on January 16, 2023, which was Brady's last game in the NFL as well. He recorded 35 of 66 passes for 351 yards, including two touchdowns and an interception, with a QB rating of 72.2.
Brady has openly talked about his dislike towards the Cowboys, joking in November 2019 how he didn't like them since "coming out of the womb," according to Mike Reiss of ESPN.
Recently, Brady appeared on The Roast of Kevin Hart special on May 10 and mocked the Cowboys fans for only showing up in the big games of the franchise.
The Brady-Cowboys rivalry has lasted more than 20 years now, and Brady keeps reigniting it with some banter.
