A Dallas Cowboys cheerleader’s unique food obsession has caught fans’ attention, with her unusual burger-inspired craving standing out. 

Trinity Miles, a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, recently opened up in a video about her unusual food obsession, sharing a bowl featuring turkey, zucchini, sweet potato, cottage cheese, mustard, and ketchup.

The combination may sound unusual at first, but Miles had a simple reason for putting these ingredients together. 

“It tastes like a burger,” Miles said in a Dailymotion video.

Miles’ unusual food choice comes at a time when the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are preparing for another busy season.

The squad returned to rehearsals and appearances ahead of the 2026 season, with the group taking part in the Cowboys’ training camp opening ceremony in Oxnard, California, on August 1. 

However, Miles’ demanding routine also gives context to her food choices.

In a July 16 interview with Garden & Gun, the Cowboys Cheerleader revealed that her fitness tracker typically records 20,000 to 25,000 steps on a game day, or roughly eight to 12 miles.

With nightly rehearsals, community appearances and Christmas performances also part of her schedule, Miles’ unusual burger-inspired bowl offers a look at one of the foods she enjoys while managing the demands of being a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader.

The unusual bowl may not look like a burger, but Miles’ simple explanation makes her craving clear and gives fans a look at her food preference.

Beyond Miles’ food choice, her story also highlights the larger legacy of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. 

The Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders’ lasting legacy

According to the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, the squad has set the standard in cheerleading since its beginnings in the 1960s. Known as “America’s Sweethearts,” the team is recognized for its dance technique, beauty, style and athleticism. 

“Each season, the Cheerleaders bring energy, excitement and thunder to the field,” the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders stated, “performing for over 90,000 fans at every Dallas Cowboys home game in AT&T Stadium.” 

The squad’s influence goes beyond the football field, with appearances in television, movies and documentaries. The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders have also completed 87 USO Tours, performing for American military personnel and their families.

Their blue-and-white star-spangled uniforms have also become part of American culture, with the uniforms displayed at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History.

The group continues to make community and charitable appearances throughout the year.

The squad’s long-standing presence makes it one of the most recognizable cheerleading teams in sports. For Trinity Miles, being part of that group means balancing her own routines with a role that carries a much bigger legacy.
