Back in February, the league announced the incoming 2026 class of inductees to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, featuring some former NFL greats who have changed the dynamics of the sport.

The selection process took months to reach its conclusion. The final vote followed extensive screening and review across multiple committees, covering coaches, contributors, and senior members, with Ernst & Young LLP overseeing the meeting.

The event will be held at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium on August 8. Here’s how, when, and where to watch the proceedings.

The coverage

According to sources, Rich Eisen will lead the coverage across ESPN. He will be joined in the booth by analyst Louis Riddick and 2017 Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee Kurt Warner.

With the NFL Network added to the ESPN banner following a billion-dollar deal back in July, the network will have ESPN’s coverage as well.

This 2026 ceremony will mark ESPN’s 31st consecutive year of covering the Canton festivities, while NFL Network enters its 23rd year of coverage.

Who all will be inducted?

The 2026 class features a mix of all first-ballot selections and long-awaited honors.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2026 features five legendary names: Drew Brees, Roger Craig, Larry Fitzgerald, Luke Kuechly, and Adam Vinatieri.

Drew Brees and Larry Fitzgerald will be earning bronze busts in their first year of eligibility, while Luke Kuechly and Adam Vinatieri made it on their second attempts.

Roger Craig, on the other hand, finally gets his place through the senior ballot after years as a semifinalist.
